GYROKINESIS® Method - Breathe, Yawn, Move, Repeat
In Juliu Horvath's Gyrokinesis method there are many types of breaths. In this online class series we will explore the different qualities and depths of breathing in a Gyrokinesis class to innately feel the effects and discover answers to our own questions about breathing within the Gyrokinesis movement method and beyond.

GYROTONIC® Method - Moving from our energetic blueprint
The movement and breathing patterns in Juliu Horvath's Gyrotonic method are in harmony with our energetic blueprint. When we move and breathe from that place of awareness we can clear, cleanse, tone, balance and resonate back to our original design of radiant health. In this class series we will explore movement sequences in the Gyrotonic method that help us feel innately in tune with ourselves and feel embodied in our energetic origins.
You must be a licensed Gyrotonic apprentice or certified trainer and have access to a bonafide Gyrotonic pulley tower to attend this class series.
