GYROTONIC® Method - Moving from our energetic blueprint with SMT Cherie Appel
The movement and breathing patterns in Juliu Horvath's Gyrotonic method are in harmony with our energetic blueprint. When we move and breathe from that place of awareness we can clear, cleanse, tone, balance and resonate back to our original design of radiant health.
In this class series we will explore movement sequences in the Gyrotonic method that help us innately feel in tune with ourselves and our energetic origins.
You must be a licensed Gyrotonic apprentice or certified trainer and have access to a bonafide Gyrotonic pulley tower to attend this class series.
