Juliu Horvath's Gyrokinesis Level 1 class formats have it all, everything you need to feel your spine, joints, muscles and fascia, to breathe fully and explore the space within and around your body. For trainers it can sometime be difficult to fit the entire format all in one class. In this class series I will guide you through the level 1 material so you can experience how to get to everything in a flowing and enjoyable way without rushing or pushing.

GYROKINESIS® Level 2 - Let's get creative 11 class series
For the last two summers I have had the incredible opportunity to train with Juliu Horvath and my talented master trainer colleagues on Juliu's summer course, GYROKINESIS® applications for classical dancers. I feel very inspired from this experience and would like to share and explore the material we learned on these courses with you! Even if you are not a classical dancer the material can be accessed in a way that makes you feel empowered, graceful and strong. My inner child had such fun!

GYROTONIC® Principles in practice - Level 1, Level 2 and Creative Series 11 class series
The principles in Gyrotonic exercise are one of the key things that make it different from other forms of exercise. If we lose touch with the principles we lose the embodiment and quality of movement that makes Gyrotonic exercise so special and transformative. It can be challenging to embody these principles and even more challenging to convey them to someone else. In this class series we will explore the principles in a simple, grounded and practical way so you can really feel the effects of them, which will help you teach them much more effectively.
You must be a licensed Gyrotonic trainer proficient in the Level 1 material to attend this class. You must also have access to a Gyrotonic pulley tower. We will explore Level 1, Level 2, and Creative Series exercises in this class series.
