The GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® movement methods, with their blending of fluid natural movements, breath, energy and rhythm have been a seminal part of my personal development and the development of my holistic approach to learning and teaching.
In my lifelong practice of movement, meditation, and contemplative inquiry I have come to derive great joy from sharing and teaching the things which have served me and those I have worked with around the world.
